Hersha Hospitality Management Names Anne Matthews as Director of Talent Acquisition |

"The wealth of knowledge she possesses in this area will serve the company in attracting top talent who will position HHM well for future growth."
Matthews spent the past eleven years as owner and operator of an executive search firm out of Baltimore, MD. The company, Hospitality Services, focused on executive level placement in the hospitality industry. Matthews previously served as Director of Tourism for the Atlantic City Convention and Visitors Bureau. Prior to that, she was Director of Sales for various casino hotels in Atlantic City.
"In addition to expertise in recruiting, Matthews' diverse work experience enables her to bring a comprehensive perspective to HHM, a company in which diversity and inclusion are integral components," Wade added.
Matthews earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Science degree in Education from Boston University.
