Wyndham Vacation Resorts Shawnee Village will be comprised of a complex of ten, two-story buildings complete with shingle-style architectural design reflective of the area. The resort's two-bedroom standard units and four-bedroom Presidential units will feature such amenities as a full kitchen, washer and dryer, fireplace and whirlpool tubs. Guests can also enjoy the property's mini-golf course, indoor and outdoor pool.
Wyndham Vacation Resorts Shawnee Village is the company's first new resort in Shawnee Village complementing its existing 539 units gained in its 2005 acquisition of Shawnee Development, Inc. The resorts obtained in that acquisition have remained fixed-week resorts with approximately 24,000 owners, respectively.
