Appointment of Russell Flicker As Chief Investment Officer, Ian Schrager Company

Russell has over 15 years of real estate experience working on some of the most complex transactions for the most renowned investors, operators and developers in the world. Russell's prior roles include Operating Partner of Blackstone Real Estate Advisors as well as Executive Vice President of The Trump Organization. At Blackstone, Russell focused on both acquisitions and asset management of hospitality and residential assets. In that role, he recruited and hired a team that underwrote, repositioned, redeveloped/developed, entitled and/or refinanced more than 20 hotels, residences and office buildings throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico. While working with the Trump Organization, he lead the acquisition, financing, operations and development team, overseeing projects in New York, Chicago, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Tampa, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and Toronto.
