AirTran Airways and Safeair, Inc., Settle Copyright Dispute

  • AirTran Airways AirTran Airways, a subsidiary of AirTran Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: AAI) and Safeair, Inc., of Olympia, Wash., a maker of airline safety briefing cards and owner of related copyrights, announce that they have settled a copyright infringement dispute, and AirTran Airways has licensed Safeair's artwork. Further terms of the settlement are confidential and will not be released.

(NYSE: AAI) and Safeair, Inc., of Olympia, Wash., a maker of airline safety briefing cards and owner of related copyrights, announce that they have settled a copyright infringement dispute, and AirTran Airways has licensed Safeair's artwork.  

    Further terms of the settlement are confidential and will not be released.  

    Safeair, Inc., is a leading provider of airline safety briefing cards and is based in Olympia, Wash.
