DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 19, 2002--Wyndham International Inc. (AMEX:WBR) today announced the rebranding of its first property in Arkansas.
The Wyndham Riverfront-Little Rock joins the company's portfolio as part of a 10-year franchise agreement between F.F. Hotels Inc., led by North Little Rock businessman, Frank Fletcher, and Dallas-based Wyndham International.

Located on the North bank of the Arkansas River, just two blocks from ALLTEL Arena and only one mile from downtown Little Rock, the former Hilton Inn North Little Rock Riverfront was renovated in 2001 and is located within walking distance of the River Market Entertainment District, which offers restaurants, museums, a farmer's market and shopping. The property features 220 guest rooms; fitness center; business center; outdoor pool; 14,000 sq. ft. of meeting space; and two restaurants, the world-renowned Benihana's Japanese Restaurant and the Riverfront Restaurant & Steakhouse.
The property has been equipped with Wyndham's brand-defining programs including Wyndham ByRequest(R), Wyndham's award-winning guest recognition program that invites guests to ask how they would like their hotel experience personalized and Wyndham's Room That Performs amenities which creates an environment that allows guests to work more efficiently and comfortably.
