ResortSuite Announces Integration With ResDiary

ResortSuite

ResortSuite, global leader in fully integrated guest experience management solutions, is proud to announce its integration with ResDiary, one of the world’s leading providers of restaurant reservations, seating over 10.6 million diners per month across 7,400 restaurants in 57 countries as of June 2017. This revolutionary integration will allow hotel and resort operators to add dining reservations to their online property-wide reservations within a single booking journey.

The ResDiary integration with ResortSuite will allow hotels and resorts to add dining reservations to their property-wide online reservations system.

Seamless online dining reservations and streamlined table management

As part of ResortSuite’s GuestEX suite of products, this integration complements ResortSuite’s full line of guest reservations including Rooms, Spa, Golf, Activities, Classes, Events, Ski and now Dining for a seamless online customer booking process within ResortSuite WEB. Integrated into the hotel or resort’s main website, guests experience a smooth, seamless reservation journey with a single credit card guaranteeing their entire itinerary across all areas of operation.

Hotel staff will also have the ability to make, edit and cancel table reservations from their ResortSuite system for more efficient internal processes.

"Our entire team is proud to launch this innovative integration with ResDiary. We look forward to having our customers experience improvements in their bottom line by giving guests the ability to book dining reservations in one seamless online transaction with their rooms, spa services, classes, activities, tee times and more," says Frank Pitsikalis, Founder and CEO of ResortSuite. “Unlike other online dining reservation systems, this integration provides restaurants within hotels and resorts a zero-commission and customizable platform that helps promote their dining options online.”

The ResDiary integration will also provide ResortSuite customers with market-leading visual table management and yield management tools which help in creating an optimized workflow throughout the property. “The ResDiary integration can also show ResortSuite users their reservations in a simple view, spread across their services. It calculates which are the best tables to use for walk-ins and shows who is due to arrive and when. Everything they will need to run their dining service is there, in a single screen,” says Morika Georgieva, Product Evangelist for ResDiary.

Another Place, a new, evolving hotel collection from the team behind Watergate Bay Hotel in the United Kingdom, will be the first property to implement this integration in their hotel in the Lake District. “We selected to implement the ResDiary integration to enhance our guests’ online booking journey,” says Judi Blakeburn, brand director, Another Place. “With this integration, our guests can further personalize their experience within our property while we boost our dining operations and revenue potential.”

ResDiary and ResortSuite: A Partnership Poised for Growth

ResDiary is currently expanding operations across the globe and the ResortSuite integration is an important stage of this.

“ResDiary is delighted to be working with ResortSuite to create a seamless, online room and dining reservation experience for operators and guests. This will allow hotel and resort operators to easily manage all of their reservations across their hotel or hotel group. We recently opened offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Dubai; areas that are largely populated with hotels. They need a powerful, integrated system and a ResortSuite partnership will provide this to our existing and future customers,” says Mike Conyers, Founder and CEO of ResDiary.
