Long book, short review.
I dont wanna write a book explaining this thing, but, even if youre just a part time backpacker, hiker or camper, this is a book you want to invest in. Lots of good information on lots of areas in the world. There is some stuff in here that should be common knowledge, but will teach you new things you never would have thought. "Comprehensive" doesn't begin to describe this book
If you ever wanted to know ANYTHING about survival in the wilderness, it's in here. There's so much info in here, though, you might have to spend a few minutes finding it. One of the definitive books in the field.
