Practical Primer for those who are doing the project work
This practical, description of how to successfully complete the basics and obtain significant results has been used by teams guided by BearingPoint for the past 5 years. We have purchased the book every year for 5 years (Peter Pande, we're real fans)and I continue to find useful tips for teams of new Six Sigma practitioners. Well written, logical with examples and helpful hints.
