Pays for itself in the first chapter 
This is an excellent book. You need to know the tricks to save yourself from paying too much in taxes. The author explains several situations that can help you reduce your taxes by increasing your deductions, paying your children, transfering fully depreciated assets, transfering property to avoid losing it, starting a business, deducting parties at home, and so forth. A good reference book too! Should be on your book shelf!

This book is perfect for anyone who currently has (or is contemplating) a small business and wants a lot of general questions answered about business entity structuring, deductions, taxes, and more. It doesn't attempt to replace the need for professional legal or accounting advice. Not as useful as I thought 
This book concentrates a lot on deductions you can make if you own a business. While there is a lot of useful information (and all legal if you keep abundant records), I was expecting more creative ways to lower taxable income.

little guy disaster 
This book is geared to business people and not for the average individual. A lot of the tax saving strategies are fantasy too!!!!
