This book opened my eyes! 
I just passed my state exam and getting ready to go on interviews. This book is INCREDIBLE! I had no idea what to expect! Now I do. I even have scripts! Honestly, I feel like I can walk into any agency and start working on day 1 and not wait around for someone to show me what to do. Yeah - the book is that good.

I can't tell you how charged up I was after reading Darryl's book. With the real estate market not doing so hot I was really thinking that I would have to leave this business. But after I read this book I psyched myself up and I am back in the game. Darryl gives you tools and different ways to look at things. I think this book is great for the new realtor and even great for a seasoned realtor who is "stuck in his/her ways". Really a great book. Hats off
