The book reads like a first draft (full of typo's) 
The overall concept of the book is ok....
The irony is the fact that it's full of bad grammer and bad editing.
I found it hard to take seriously....."Power Phrases"
Coming from the Director of "The Center for Responsible Communication"

A Valuable Resource! 
I've used "Perfect Phrases..." on numerous occasions in the course of carrying out my "real" job as assistant director of a non-profit agency that serves the disabled in three counties. I am so grateful to have the book as a resource when facing difficult situations.
Serving on another agency's board, a no-kill animal shelter, is what I do for fun, although it rarely has been. The board includes five members, all female, then we employ a female director and mostly female staff. I've learned that women... more info
