I found this book to be extemely helpful and valuable for anyone in sales (aren't we ALL in sales as we depend on revenue from a product or service?) The most valuable lesson for me was the discussion regarding purpose. So many of us focus on the "how" of improving our business but we seldom think of the "why". This extends far beyond the sale today, tomorrow, next month, etc. We must understand what our true purpose is and then focus on delivering value to our prospects, thus professionally helping... more info
