Complete Fluff 
This book was a disappointment. The excerpt re: Howard Johnson's was interesting and I thought the rest of the book would be too. Unfortunately, it is not, and worse, when it comes down to practical advice, this book really was full of fluff.
The book was flimsy -- tiny, tiny - and about the size of Reader's Digest. The book takes an inordinate amount of space for the author to explain how great he is and how successful he has been. The problem is that his story is not that interesting and it is... more info
