OK
This book is hard to understand. The wording makes it difficult to comprehend the concepts.

Good for undergraduates
The course topics are very useful for undergraduates and a good introduction to Corporate Finance and Accounting. However, I would recommend the latter Chapters i.e. 9,10 and 11,12 be placed in other books to allow more emphasis on the earlier chapters. This probably will make the book also good for graduate courses/students especially now with the 150 credit hour accounting programs. Other than that, its a well developed book!!!
