Excellent Training Reference 
This text is a great way to introduce Food employees to the basics of Food Safety and Sanitation. The text is written in a style that explains the concepts in a language suitable for Food employees but does not talk down to the reader (as many introductory texts do!) In addition, the humorous cartoon-style graphics add to understanding the concepts while adding to the enjoyment of the text.
