  Content-wise, this isn't a bad book, though organizational behavior is common sense. But there sure isn't $100 worth of content in it. It isn't even a hardback.

• Great Book to Understand OrgB, Easy to Read, Good Descriptions
  I enjoyed reading this book much more than I enjoyed the class that it was meant to supplement. Easy to read and get the information you need quickly through charts and good organization.
