Pen or writing implement? 
Why does he use all these unnecessary, fancy, confusing, mind bending words? The author loses and confuses the reader.

It's a mistake to buy any other book 
It's rare to read a text book cover to cover, but you'll find it easy to do with Marakas' DSS text. He writes as if he is lecturing in class - the examples are clear (and lively, which is rare in academia!), the language flows and the presentation of the material makes it easy even for beginners in the field (like me) to understand. Don't miss out on this text!

Excellent book. Very practical approach to an extremelly complex and soft subject.
