The love of discovery
This small book works on many levels. On the one hand it is the story of a young scientist, Leonard Mlodinow and his effort to understand his place and direction in Physics. In another it is the picture of one of the world's great Physics Departments, Cal Tech at the time Murry Gell-Mann, and Richard Feynmann were there and presenting their own very different ways of working in Physics.
