Thank You, Neanderthin!
Using this diet, I have lost over 50 pounds in the last eight months! (I am 6'2 185)My waist size has gone from 38 to right now it is a very loose size 32 and I am sure I will have to go down to a size 30 soon. This diet has been so easy for me that it doesn't even seem like a real diet. When I first started it and would have strong cravings for carbs, I would eat meat and vegtables till I got full, and even though I was eating alot of calories, I would still loose weight. Since I have lost all this weight... more info

not your usual diet
ok, i lost about 40 pounds in about 6 months and i have been keeping it off. i love meat and salads, i still cheat every once in a while and drink my share of beer. But i am the envy of my friends i eat anything and dont gain weight. i do excercise so this help a lot but its the diet that makes this work for me.
this has changed my life.

Like Paleo Diet with Some Exceptions
Like Paleo Diet but allows you some more food items that Paleo does not. Makes the same kind of points about the importance of protein and the elimination of some starches and grains.

Just too weird for me.
This is my opinion only. This diet is just to far out there. For example it wants you to eat Free range eggs but not really Chicken eggs? Come on. The average person doesn't have access to eggs that are not from a chicken. The General idea of the diet is a good one they just go overboard. Basically it is a low carb diet made more difficult. You would almost have to be a fanatic to have any luck with this diet.
