• Comprehensive casebook by an expert
  I was in Prof. Broun's first class at UNC Law that used the 7th ed. of this casebook. It is probably the most comprehensive casebook I have encountered in law school, but it does not have much explanatory text accompanying the main cases and subsequent notes. If you have Broun (or Mosteller at Duke Law) as a teacher, then you will get the necessary explanation in class. If not, then I suggest that you buy a hornbook to supplement this casebook.
