Great overview of Information Marketing and its benefits
When this book was released, it was the only traditionally published book that covered information products. Still, even with several new books out, this one offers a good basic primer on information marketing. Some have criticized the book for including traditional and hard copy content creation, but in fact those were the original information products (the booklets bought through mail order or the "course" bought through infomercials). Opened my eyes to the possibilities of online sales
I didn't no much about online sales before I read this book. I was so surprised by many of the ways people are making money online, and now I am trying to emulate them and do it myself.
Some things you might not know!
- One lady sells tips booklets online and makes an extraordinary amount of money. These are not even original tips, but she on-sells them and they are only a few dollars so you end up buying a few. Great idea - use it in your website.
