Interesting but.....
No question is an interesting book however before reading it, I was looking for a deeper balance of such an interesting story. There is a lot to lern from David Neeleman but in my opinion would have been more interesting if the author would have spent (as he did on the success) more time on the drawbacks of Jetblue. Not everything is gravey in business..

A Good Book to Start with if you're launching a business!
David Neeleman may have recently been removed from the CEO position at JetBlue and the company are going thorugh a few problems. Companies go through phases and this book shows you how Neeleman created JetBlue and the team of people behind it. The message that comes across is that to succeed you need a good business model and a great team of people to implement it.
