Just Plain AWFUL! 
I hate to be so negative, but do not waste your time or money on this item. It delivers nothing that it promises, in fact, it doesn't even seem to have a genuine purpose at all. Several 'professional' speakers crack endless lame jokes about contemporary speech and hold a painfully stinted scripted conversation about the vital importance of speaking well, patting themselves on the back about how accomplished they all are in that area while imparting nothing in the way of instruction. More of a Broad Overview than a Lesson 
I bought this tape expecting the "listen and learn" method of better speech that was promised. There are only two short exercises given in the 2 tapes, the rest is general information; some of which is unecessary, such as interview tips and how to keep your vocal chords healthy. I wish they would have taken more time to give concrete help.
