Over the Top 
I was disappointed in this book because of the language. I expected some, but it is over the top and unnecessary. I bought it for my daughter and she feels the same. A lot of the recipes are not practical for our families.

Why oh why did I not read the reviews?! 
I basically bought this book mainly based on the title/cover/back cover. What a stupid move. My bad. I just wish I had read reviews or had someone scream at me: THIS BOOK IS 100% VEGAN!!! Or at least put it on the cover or back cover. Even given that, I found more negatives. There are no caloric or nutritional facts presented. There are no pictures of any of the dishes...I guess they realize tofu just doesn't look appetizing to most of us. Pretty much every single recipe calls for coconut oil, onion, and... more info
