Disappointing 
Fish! was a recommended to me by someone. He said I would like it as it described team identities. I didn't like it much. Fish! is a very short book (110 pages) and is written in business novel form. The story is about a woman who manages a department on which the energy level is very low, the work is boring. I ordered the book and it came in time for my class. It was is great condition and I have no complaints!

Cheesy even by my standards 
I know Seattle. I lived on the Olympic Peninsula most of my life and have been to Pike's Place market and seen the fish-throwers many times. The dialogue in the book doesn't depict the way people truly speak. The whole thing sounds like an infomercial (i.e. "How can I get excited about work again and reinvent my job so I don't think of it as a toxic energy dump?" "Well, Bob, let me show you how in 5 easy steps . . . ").

Simple is Best 
Like the "One Minute Manager" and "Who Moved My Cheese", this book is a short book with a simple and entertaining story. However, that is the best tool for learning. In this case, the lessons are on how to create a fun, positive workplace atmosphere that enriches the workers while contributing to the bottom line. Think of a company like Southwest.
