Heatlhful living 
I think vitually everyone could make good use of this book to live a better, heatlhier life. One thing I didn't like, which is why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars: the exercises are not laid out in a manner that makes them easy to use. They should be organized better and have more pictures. Many exercises are explained with text and no pictures, making it harder to know if you are doing them correctly. All of the exercises with pictures should be in one section, grouped by body part, like most excercise... more info

Dr. LaLanne (yes he trained as a chiropractor) is now 86 and going strong. His website ... lets you in on his life story. This book is well written, endorsed by Mr. Arnold Schwarzenegger AND Mr. Richard Simmons (yes worlds apart but both with a FITNESS goal for the world!).
