"Good judgment decisions" require and reveal character.
As I began to read this collection of essays, I was reminded of Vince Lombardi's assertion that leaders are made, not born. "And they are made just like anything else that has ever been made in this country -- by hard effort and that's the price we all have to pay to achieve that goal, or any goal."
