Great Book! (But CD-ROM is useless)
If you're thinking of forming your own LLC, I highly recommend this book. Form it!
This book is well laid out, gives you short cuts to critical information and does not 'preach'. It evaluates any possible ambiguities and basically holds your hand through the whole process. It is not suitable for all organizations, but if you are considering one, here is the place to start. If you go to an attorney to get him to set up an limited liability corporation, he will ask you a bunch of questions, write down the answers... more info
