A good addtion to the non-profit legal library
This book is not a self contained guide to setting up or running a non-profit and does not claim to be. Therefore you should consider this book as part of an overall library. The book does seem fairly pricey considering it is quite small/slim, however given the CD and amount of practical legal information I consider the book value for money. Definitive!
This helpful book/CD provides all the information you will need to successfully run a nonprofit corporation. Chapters are well organized and succinct. No fluff here. I don't know how often nonprofit statutes are revised, but this book, published in 2008, is certainly up to date. This book tells you what you need to do, and then shows you how to do it. A very useful tool, indeed!

I was... more info
