Wow! Another corporate metaphor book! 
Every year it's the same thing... some new book which exists mainly to generate more income for those that already have entirely more than their share. This book and others like it have no real purpose or impact. Imagine... establishing short and long-term goals! Brilliant. But wait... they're not CALLED "goals." They're called "Rocks." As a university instructor and entrepreneur, I wholeheartedly recommend this book. The one page strategic plan is brilliant and very doable by anyone in just a few hours time. Simple and straightforward - that's what this book teaches and that's what you should do to succeed....so Read this one for sure.
