good, but short 
this manga is based off of an old korean folk tale about a girl who stands up against the corrupt leaders of the villages she goes to, kind of like a zorro idea. its only one volume long, which kind of sucks. the story has a lot of potential and the characters could definitely been expanded upon, and the ending is somewhat unsatisfying because it ends with the mother hinting at and a possible continuation of the story, one that we'll never know about. also, chun hyang and the guy only went up against... more info

this was not one of my favorite CLAMP mangas, all though I did love the art, it was just the story that I didnt fall in love with. it was pretty good though, not horrible at all.

Too epic for a single volume 
I've tended to enjoy all things CLAMP, and so after coming across Chun Hyang in "Tsubasa: Chronicles" and reading that she had her own manga volume, I decided to give it a go. The artwork, as always, is beautiful, and the story, while having nothing to do with the Legend of Chun Hyang that is referenced at the beginning of each chapter, is engrossing and high-action, albeit overly similar to Chun Hyang's story in "Tsubasa" (though seeing as "Legend of Chun Hyang" came out earlier, I suppose I should... more info

Crap! 
I sent business letter to CLAMP asking when the next volume of Legend of Chun Hyang is coming out... but now that I notice that there is no number on the spine... I realize that there won't be any volume 2 made for this series. Me and my friend now feel dissapointed that there is no next volume. I am always anxious for the next volume but there isn't another one coming out. I am sad and dissapointed about this.
