  The cover of this book made me hesitant to guy. But, after reading its prologue i decided to take a chance and was glad i did.
  I recently purchased several retail books, including this one. Of these books, I found this one most useful.
  One problem i have had with other retail books is that they spent too much time talking about hiring/firing people, incorporating the business etc. and very little on running the business itself (advertising, customer sales, inventory control, store look etc).more info
