Not Quite What I Expected 
I have to agree with reviewer Jeff Lippincott. Just like Jeff said this book is suppose to be about forming LLCs but spends so much time on corporations and partnerships, I'm neither. I felt like I should have been apart of the conversation but wasn't. Though I found out some interesting stuff, I also accumulated quite a bit of questions that wasn't answered due to the fact that the book is biased to corporations and partnership, and Nevada. I can't elaborate on anymore that Mr. Lippincott hasn't already... more info

This book's value is in its sample forms 4 though 7 and the State Reference Table in Appendix B. 
A neat little book, but not as good as I had hoped. I am a SCORE volunteer counselor and I regularly comment to my SCORE clients on Limited Liability Companies. Yes, I am an attorney, a CPA, and hold a graduate law degree in corporate tax. I am VERY familiar with LLCs. This book has 7 chapters: 1. An overview of business organizations
