I have read hundreds of books and Brian Parsley is up there with Napoleon Hill. Brian's words literally took me to the next level in my sales position from being a solid performer to an exceeds performer.

Money well spent
I attended a seminar where Brian was the guest speaker and I would have to say it was the best seminars I had ever been to. Everything he says is such common sense but I think we forget that in the work place.
InspHIREd was a great read and I would recommend it to anyone in the work place. Also, if you ever have the opportunity to attend one of his seminars, please do so.

I also saw Brian Parsley speak at a training. He's great, his passion for leadership, sales and motivating employees is contagious - and really comes through in the book as well. This is not a typical HR or sales book. It about hiring great people, and inspiring them to be the best. A great read.

Love the concepts
I heard this guy give a seminar and he is awesome! The ideas are real world and easy to use. The problem is we all think we know how to execute and he helped me understand that I need to take action. The book is an easy read and I gave it to my boss so she can become more effective too. I recommend anyone who is a leader to read the book.
