Required reading for all parents!
This book, "Eat This, Not That, for Kids" is an excellent resource for parents. I am giving this copy to my daughter and will order another for my son, both parents of little children. Kids can use on their own
So much good information that children can learn and read on their own. But also good for anyone that eats and enjoys the food that the young enjoy. I learned a lot for my own use. I love mac and cheese good to know the better from the worse. also fast food is covered quite well. I got it for my grand daughter who is 11 but having body issues. I have found that just by making children aware of their choices (and parents) they are happy to do so. This book... more info

After hearing all the buzz about this book, my mother, a RN who teaches newly-diagnosed diabetic kids how to manage their diabetes, picked up a copy from the library. Back from my freshman year of college with little to do, I decided to read it. It does what it says fairly well; showing alternatives to fast food/processed food. Here are the two main problems: 1) Saying that your family can "be the leanest, fittest family on the block" by simply making these switches. This is absolutely false. This... more info
