Perfection! 
I bought this for my partner when the "no talking on cell phone while driving" law went into effect here in California a few months ago. He could not be happier with this headset--and he had been using a borrowed Jawbone headset (which are supposed to be phenomenal--he wasn't impressed). He's said the headset is extremely comfortable over and in his ear, the sound clarity is fantastic, and I can attest that it does a great job of picking up his voice and canceling surrounding noise. This is a wonderful bluetooth headset. It is by far the loudest I've have ever heard. I highly recommend it.

Very satisfied
This is my second time to purchase this type of blue tooth device. The first one I ever purchased was like this, and I have owned several others. Despite the larger part that fits behind the ear, the speaker fits snugly in the ear and blocks out peripheral noise. Very satisfied.

Wonderful!
I've gotten complaints that the sound is too crisp! I was talking to my dad while I was cooking and cleaning up and he said "What are you doing? It sounds like you in the NEXT room!" I love this bluetooth. It is my first one, but I have had complaints that I sound muffled with using my cell without the bluetooth , but not any more.
