Customer Review: I am completely thrilled with this book, it is easy to read, not super technical, and it's fun yet concise teaching style gets you pumped up about making profits in a very little explored area of real estate finance, pre-foreclosure investing. Customer Review: The best informative, easy to read book about real estate investing. The tables for calculations are easy to understand and can really be a great resource to aid in auction bidding or foreclosure offers. Great Book!

Customer Review: We found this book to be very helpful. It covered all the bases of selling a house yourself and what you should look out for. This book also contains sample contracts that were extremely helpful. We simply made copies from the book, filled them out, signed them and took them to the title company.
