Customer Review: It's always good to check a place like Project Gutenberg when you're considering older texts, especially things published before 1923. In this case, the book is in the public domain and you can download it for free.
Customer Review: The combination of these two titles in one volume makes sense. Bothe titles are essential reading for those interested in the history of economics. However, there are no notes or introductions to the two titles so you have to look elsewhere to get the complete context of the two works.
