Customer Review: Though I am skeptical about most 'history,' this book was written by a man who felt oppression and fought it. Customer Review: I read this book when I first started selling books on amazon and I had so many questions. This book answered them all in a simple, direct manner. I have read just about every book that comes out on the subject, and this by far is the most informative and well written. Who cares about the cheap... more info
