Customer Review: Extremely insightful information to help those who are highly sensitive and provide tools for self-adjusting and coping. Also excellent resource for family, friends, colleagues to understand these unique people and improve relationships.

Anyway, my instructor is nice enough, so overall I satisfied with my class.
