Customer Review: When buying this book I was assured that it was brand new and in mint condition. I even paid more to have a book in good condition. When it came in the mail there were pages torn out of the book and important pictures and text missing.
Customer Review: I purchased this book for a class at my university, however I was unaware that there were no problems or review questions at the end of each chapter. Of course my professor assigns homework, I now have to purchase a new textbook that actually contains the assigned material.
