Customer Review: I really enjoyed reading this didactic book, but I was a little dissapointed at the end.... I thought he was going to talk more about diet and life style, but he didn't. Maybe in a future edition, who knows. Anyway, it's a very good book, you should read it.

Customer Review: Depression: How it happens How it's healed I purchased and read this book many years ago. Then recently a friend was having problems with depression and I ordered her a copy as well. I would recommend it if you are just learning about depression. Very basic, with lots of visual aids.
