Customer Review: Makes sense to have a book to look at whenever you're at a lost of word. This book serves as my reference in my daily activity - from writing letters/memos to sending e-mail (business or personal). A really great companion.
Customer Review: The Elements of Business Writing is clearly modeled after Strunk and White's "The Elements of Style", and it is a worthy addition. Customer Review: This is one of the best anthologies out there. I have purchased several copies to give as gifts (even wedding presents). Although the choice of poems is theoretically aimed at male readers, the poems appeal to all types of readers. It is also a great introductory anthology for a high school student.
Customer Review: the title is misleading, the content is poor, many examples but no explainings on how to create a similar good copy content is mostly copied from his other handbook dissapointment
