Customer Review: From my blog(which is why it is written this way) I finished reading "Profit Beyond Measure" subtitled "Extraordinary Results through Attention to Work and People" by Johnson and Broms. Good book. I have learned many things at SYNNEX. One of the great learnings is attention to detailed numbers... more info
Customer Review: This is very comprehensive and thorough as well as good to read without a lot of fluf. I'm picky with books and this is really one of the better publications.
Customer Review: I did not like the style of writting. Many "joke"-alike phrases that simply make the number of pages grow. It seemed to me that this is not about writting a book but simply publishing notes from one of the sessions the writer conducted.
Customer Review: Overall a pretty robust text on labor relations. In writing this book he risks being labeled a pariah in the construction industry for biting the hand... more info
Customer Review: A thoughtful, well researched look at our healthcare system. As a recently retired physician, I can vouch for the author's... more info
Customer Review: I could criticize the book based on the fact that the economics professor who wrote this book is by no means a respected authority: not a single publication in a reputable journal, only in fringe journals like the "Review of Radical Political Economics." But that's unfair, because sometimes even... more info
Customer Review: I like this book because it is simple and useful. It listed out the most important steps and conceptions of FMEA, and it is easy to refer to because it is not bulky.
Customer Review: As a writer and compensation consultant myself, I highly recommend this newly revised edition for HR and compensation professionals seeking a solid overview reference guide to all aspects of compensation. The book provides coverage of a wide variety of relevant topics written by highly-regarded... more info
