Customer Review: This book has a depressing view of our current economic crisis. A good read for anyone that is too cheerful. The parallel he makes between the trust lost by promising everyone could own a home to the repartiation payments after WW I is a bit of a stretch. Good book though.

Customer Review: An interesting book with some some amusing anecdotes. But generally, more hype than substance. She could have summarized the book in about 10 pages. Good for entertainment though.

Customer Review: A good reference book for funding your real estate projects. Not very motivating, but a good tool to have in your library nonetheless. There's got to be better out there, I just have'nt come across it yet.
Customer Review: The most comprehensive book on the subject period. If you are in the industry you must have it. Best used as a reference manual to go through whenever needed. Kinda bland book which you would not want to read to finish from page 1 to the end.
