Customer Review: I teach business statistics at a university and have used several textbooks. This textbook does a very good job of explaining statistics and the problems are good ones. The book is easy to read and understand and I would highly reccomend this textbook.
Customer Review: Maybe not enough explanations behind maths. I didn't find the answers for the cases. Everything else is excellent. The DVD is very useful with Lingo / Lindo included. A must-have if you like Operations Research.

Customer Review: I purchased this book as it was required for an operations management class. Therefore, because of this, I had no choice in the purchase. Having said that, the book itself is terribly written. It bold words that it doesn't ever properly define--as if it expects you to know the meaning to begin with... more info
Customer Review: I have been using a few editions of this book in the last few years and I am going to use it again soon but the 12th edition had too many mistakes. Later I saw the corrections for the mistakes on the book's site but even the corrections had a few mistakes.
