Customer Review: A few years back when I first got this set, I remember revelling once again in what network television had taken away from me. I was thrilled to own some of my favorite Looney Tunes cartoons. I did notice, however, the disproportionate number of Chuck Jones cartoons, with just a few Friz... more info
Customer Review: The history of the Marx Brothers is divided into two periods: the early films that included Zeppo and the later ones without him. While this later period offered a couple classics (A Night at the Opera and A Day at the Races), it is the earlier movies that are generally recognized as the Brothers at... more info

Customer Review: Of the many Hitchcock collections out there, this one came closest to what I wanted while I was shopping. I was excited about the selections but wasn't sure what to expect in the packaging. In truth I didn't really want to care. But when the box showed up I was thrilled to see the attention... more info
Customer Review: Don't get me wrong; I love this movie! But to include this in a holiday collection is absurd. The only holiday reference in the movie is when Greer and Walter's kid gets killed on Christmas day. Somebody at Warner Bros. has a sick sense of humor....or is just plain stupid!
Customer Review: Finally "Thank your lucky star" and "Hollywood canteen" are on DVD.
I already had a VHS but this is the final set.

Customer Review: IMHO these films that make up "Charlie Chan- Vol. #5" are good enough to watch if you have an hour or so to kill. They are all in black and white, have been restored masterfully, and with Sidney Toler, very presentable. They run 60 to 75 minutes each and look as though they have been filmed in one or... more info
Customer Review: I revere all my predecessors who have but nice words for this Series. Yet I must say I am still astonished at the Myth U.N.C.L.E. First of all, let me say that I only recognize the value of the First, the first quart of the Second, and the final Fourth Season as being well produced and... more info
Customer Review: ...more care should have been taken to correct/optimize the audio ......these episodes are wonderful classics and I love the collection of episodes, but the audio quality is not up to par and should be as this is not a public domain "b" series sort of DVD release -- this should have been produced... more info
