Customer Review: This switched replaced an old Linksys switch that died suddenly on me after a year. So far the switch has held up to the quality I expect from 3com. I plugged it in and everything worked as expected. The fan is quiet but noticeable if it is sitting on your desk. (It is about as loud as a laptop fan)
