In year-over-year comparisons for the week, occupancy ended the week with a 1.1-percent increase to 66.0 percent, average daily rate increased 3.2 percent to US$106.55 and revenue per available room jumped 4.3 percent to US$70.33.

In year-over-year measurements, the country’s occupancy fell 0.9 percent to 65.8 percent, its average daily rate was up 0.7 percent to CAD$129.42 and its revenue per available room ended the week virtually flat with a 0.2-percent decrease to CAD$85.12.
