Canadian Hotel Real Estate - Mid-Year Transaction Highlights

Mid-year transaction volume rose to an estimated $273 million with 32 hotels trading nationally. Although the number of trades declined from the 42 reported in the same period last year, aggregate volume increased 12% from the $244 million on-record for the first six months of 2009.
